Crius is a planet that was artificially created by the prebilitians after their planet was destroyed. The planet is completely made by machines it was constructed in 120 years. After it was finished the prebilitians used powerfull tractor beams to create a moon from debree and asteroids. The planet is a universal hub for trade, technology exchange and diplomacy because of its neutrality.
